From 22 May - 22nd June 2012, all orders will be delivered directly from our home in China. It will take approximately 10 days to deliver your order, compared to 2-3 days currently.
We are running a short trial to see if we can reduce the prices you pay for tea, whilst actually increasing the quality you receive. For one month, we will be delivering all orders directly from China, and it will take around 10 days to receive your tea.
We're already proud to supply some of the best quality Chinese tea available in the UK, but we think it can still get better for you.
We normally offer 2-3 day delivery times, because we maintain a distribution centre in the UK that can ship orders to you faster than is possible direct from China. Unfortunately this also means that a significant proportion of your money goes into postage, shipping and distribution. Although it's important to many people to receive a delivery quickly, we're also hoping that many of our customers will be happy to wait a few days longer in return for better quality tea.
